ACE Group was founded in 2010 by Ajay Chaudhary (Founder, Chairman & Managing Director), starting with ACE Platinum in Sector 150, Noida source: acegroupindia.com/about-us.php. Over fifteen-odd years the group reports having delivered roughly 16.5 million sq.ft. of completed built-up space to 10,000+ homebuyers, with an under-construction pipeline it states at roughly 21 million sq.ft including joint ventures. Its footprint sits across three geographies: Noida / the Noida Expressway corridor (where ACE Parkway and ACE Golfshire are), Greater Noida West / Noida Extension (ACE Divino, ACE Aspire), and the Yamuna Expressway belt toward Jewar (ACE Terra, ACE Verde, ACE YXP). The registered promoter entity behind ACE Parkway specifically is ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited — confirmed directly on that project's UP-RERA filing (UPRERAPRJ4514).

What actually differentiates ACE Group from a corridor newcomer is simple and checkable: it has a completed, occupied, independently reviewable project in ACE Parkway. Two live fronts matter if you're evaluating ACE Group today — and they carry very different regulatory status from each other and from the delivered projects above:

  • ACE Parkway 2.0Sector 150 Noida, pre-launch. The sequel to the delivered ACE Parkway, in the same sector.   • ACE TerraSector 22D, Yamuna Expressway. Reported ~11 acres, 12 towers, 25 floors, 1,166 units, 3/4 BHK — one of several developer entries now clustering in Sector 22D alongside Eldeco, ATS and Migsun.

Read that list carefully: Sector 22A currently has, in our own research, exactly two ACE Group projects and no independently confirmed rival developer — a very different competitive picture from Sector 22D, where ACE now sits alongside several other builders. How to verify any ACE Group RERA number yourself.

Don't take our word, ACE Group's word, or any broker's word for a project's regulatory status — check it directly:

  1. Go to up-rera.in and search by the project's stated RERA number, not just its marketing name — several ACE projects share sectors and sound-alike names.
  2. Confirm the promoter entity named on the registration matches what you've been shown — ACE Parkway's promoter is specifically ACE Infracity Developers Private Limited, not a generic "ACE Group" entity.
  3. Check the registered completion date and any extension history — ACE Parkway's own filing shows two extensions against its original date, which is public record, not a secret.
  4. For anything pre-launch (ACE Parkway 2.0 as of this writing), confirm whether a project RERA number exists at all before treating any payment as more than a refundable EOI.
  5. Separately verify the selling channel partner's own UP-RERA agent registration — ours is UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026.
