Most building firms hand you a brochure. We hand you a drawing. Vidastu started in 2012 on this corridor — building, supervising, and reading structural drawings before reading price lists. Today the construction practice is the core of the firm: turnkey homes on owners' plots, delivered under a written milestone contract, typically in 10–16 months.
The advisory practice — YEIDA plots, Yamuna Expressway apartments, NRI buying — exists because clients kept asking the builders for buying advice. We kept it. It runs second, under Vidit.

Vidit Kaushik — Founder
Civil Engineer, BITS Pilani. Vidit walks your plot before we quote — every site, personally or with his delivery team, no exceptions. He reads the soil, the setbacks and the drawings, then puts one binding, itemised fixed quote in writing. Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma — Co-Founder & Senior Vastu Consultant
Veteran builder and gold medalist astrologer. The reason every Vidastu home is Vaastu-aligned by design — orientation, entrance, kitchen and pooja placement are resolved on the drawing board, not patched later. He also conducts every paid Property Vaastu visit himself (₹10,999, one hour on-site, Delhi NCR). Both practices predate the firm's 2012 incorporation.
Sachin Bansal — Vice President, Sales
Sachin runs the property side: YEIDA plots, apartments (Eldeco, Gaur, SKA, Gulshan), and the NRI desk. 100+ closures across YEIDA and Greater Noida. His line — +91 79829 45260 — is a personal number. No IVR, no call-centre, no "let me check with my manager."

- No call-centre. The founder calls back on construction enquiries; Vidit on property.
- We don't quote a build until we've walked the plot.
- We don't take construction work we can't personally walk weekly.
