Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma is a veteran builder and senior Vastu consultant who leads our Vastu practice. Every paid Property Vaastu visit is conducted personally by him — there are no junior consultants, no franchise arrangements, and no third-party referrals. The Vastu service has been running, with paying clients, since before Vidastu Developers was incorporated in 2012.

One more thing worth knowing: homes Vidastu builds don’t need this audit. Every Vidastu Build home is Vaastu-aligned by design — Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma resolves orientation, entrance and room placement on the drawing board before construction begins.

Cancellation & reschedule policy.

To cancel or reschedule, please call at least 24 hours in advance on +91 95404 45300. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% retention charge to compensate the consultant’s blocked slot. Rescheduling within 24 hours is free — we’ll find another mutually-convenient time.

Is the ₹10,999 price all-inclusive?

Yes. Includes consultation, travel within Delhi NCR, written report, and any post-visit clarifying calls within 7 days. No GST or service-tax extra (the price is inclusive).

Can I book before I buy a property?

Yes — pre-purchase Vastu audits are highly recommended. We can review the property at the seller’s permission, before you finalise. This is the single most useful time to do a Vastu check.

What if Shri Ravi Sharma is not available on my preferred date?

We’ll offer the next available slot, typically within 5–7 days. For urgent enquiries (e.g. registration deadline), call Vidit directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you do Vastu for commercial properties?

Yes — offices, retail shops, factories, restaurants. Same ₹10,999 / 1-hour structure for properties under 5,000 sqft. Larger commercial properties are quoted separately.

What if you find major Vastu issues that require structural changes?

We provide both major and practical remediation options. Most Vastu-dosh have non-structural fixes — colour adjustments, mirror placement, water-feature additions, plant arrangements. Structural changes are recommended only when clearly warranted.

Do you sell remedial items (yantras, pyramids, crystals)?

No. We are consultants, not retailers. The remediation plan tells you what to use, but you source the items independently — we have no commercial interest in your purchases.
