YEIDA allottees must finish construction and obtain a completion certificate within roughly three years of the lease deed — or face escalating charges. Three things make 2026 the year to start. First, YEIDA extended the plot construction deadline by one year to 31 December 2026 (it was 31 December 2025) — a one-time reprieve for 10,000+ allottees who hadn't yet built. Second, the RPS-10/2026 scheme adds 973 fresh plots (Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A, 162–290 sqm) with a computerised draw on 18 June 2026 — a wave of new owners who must build inside their own window. Third, Noida International Airport (Jewar) begins commercial flights from 15 June 2026, sharpening demand across the corridor.

Where we build
Residential plotting on the corridor is concentrated in Sectors 16, 17, 18, 20, 22D and 24, with RPS-10/2026 adding 15C and 24A. We build across these sectors, in Gaur Yamuna City, and in the wider Greater Noida and Noida area — remembering that YEIDA and GNIDA are separate authorities with separate building approvals.
