Common questions.

It means we don't list everyone's everything. We carry inventory on three projects under formal agreements with Eldeco, Gaurs and SKA. The price you pay is the builder's quoted price — our fee is paid by the builder. There is no buyer-side commission and our incentive is to close the right unit, not the most expensive one.
70% of buyer funds are held in the builder's RERA-mandated escrow account per Section 4(2)(l)(D) of the Real Estate Act 2016, and drawn down only against verified construction milestones. We can walk you through the public escrow disclosures for any project on this site.
Phase 1 (one runway, one terminal) is targeted for commercial operations in 2026. Phases 2–4 carry through 2040. The 15-min drive figure we quote is from Sector 22D to the published terminal location, off-peak, on the new Yamuna Expressway feeder.
Primarily new construction and YEIDA-allotted plots. We do handle resale within projects we already represent — never speculative listings we don't know firsthand.
FEMA-compliant remittance, NRO/NRE routing, OCI documentation, builder-buyer agreement registration, and notarised PoA where you can't be present — all coordinated through one named person at our office. Document hand-off is digital end-to-end.
An on-site directional and energetic survey of an existing or planned property by Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma, delivered as a written report within 24 hours. Practical fixes only — we don't recommend demolition without a structural reason. The fee is flat.
Pick what matters most — ready possession, location, or budget — and we'll shortlist 2 or 3 fits. SKA Destiny One (Greater Noida, ready, from ₹1.10 Cr) is our most popular first-home option; we walk you through stamp duty, registry, home-loan options (PNB, HDFC and ICICI on our panel), and post-possession vastu inspection. No pressure, no spam.
Plot if you want a long hold, full control of construction, and proximity to Jewar Airport. Apartment if you want move-in-ready, branded amenities, and a lower entry ticket. Plots typically yield more appreciation; apartments offer immediate rental income. We'll put the numbers side-by-side on a call — including circle rate alignment, stamp-duty differences, and rental yields by sector.
