How long does a turnkey build take? A typical Vidastu home runs 10–16 months from design to key handover across five accountable stages: design and layout (weeks 1–3), plan approval (weeks 3–8), structure (months 3–9), finishes (months 8–15), then completion-certificate filing and keys. Every stage sits on a written, milestone-linked contract agreed before any payment. You get photo and video updates on WhatsApp at every stage, whether you live next door or overseas. Every plot and every design is different, so we don't publish a one-size rate. Tell us your plot size, floors and finish level and you get one binding, itemised fixed quote after a free site walk — agreed before a single rupee changes hands. How long does a turnkey build take?
A typical independent house takes about 10–16 months from map approval to handover, depending on plot size, floors and finish. We fix the milestone-linked timeline in a written contract before work starts, and you get photo/video progress on WhatsApp at every stage.
Who actually builds my home?
A named team: co-founder Ravi Shankar Sharma (30+ years in construction) anchors the build; Vidit Kaushik (BITS Pilani) runs on-site delivery. Plan approvals and the completion certificate are handled in-house. And you see your own build daily — photo and video updates from your site on WhatsApp, wherever you are.
How is NRI buyer due diligence handled?
FEMA-compliant remittance, NRO/NRE routing, OCI documentation, builder-buyer agreement registration, and notarised PoA where you can't be present — all coordinated through one named person at our office. Document hand-off is digital end-to-end.
What is the ₹10,999 Vaastu audit, plainly?
An on-site directional and energetic survey of an existing or planned property by Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma, delivered as a written report within 24 hours. Practical fixes only — we don't recommend demolition without a structural reason. The fee is flat.
I'm buying my first home — where do I start?
Pick what matters most — ready possession, location, or budget — and we'll shortlist 2 or 3 fits across ready and pre-launch options; we walk you through stamp duty, registry, home-loan options (PNB, HDFC and ICICI on our panel), and post-possession vastu inspection. No pressure, no spam.
YEIDA plot or Yamuna Expressway apartment — how do I choose?
Plot if you want a long hold, full control of construction, and proximity to Jewar Airport. Apartment if you want move-in-ready, branded amenities, and a lower entry ticket. Plots typically yield more appreciation; apartments offer immediate rental income. We'll put the numbers side-by-side on a call — including circle rate alignment, stamp-duty differences, and rental yields by sector.
