The build desk and the advisory desk have different numbers and different work; neither sells the other's services.
Is Vidastu registered with UP-RERA?
Yes — Vidastu Advisory holds UP-RERA agent registration UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026, which you can look up yourself on the authority's portal at up-rera.in rather than taking our word for it. An agent registration is not a project registration: it registers us to act as a channel partner, while each project carries its own separate RERA number that we publish on every project page we write.
Which areas does Vidastu actually work in?
The Yamuna Expressway corridor and Greater Noida, with the construction lane concentrated on YEIDA plot sectors and the advisory lane covering the projects along Sector 22D, the Noida International Airport corridor and Greater Noida West.
