We do. Drawings, authority filing and sanction follow-up are handled in-house as part of every build — approvals are not a separate service and not your paperwork to run. The approval stage is the first milestone in the contract.

Yes — for residential plots, YEIDA's extended construction deadline is 31 December 2026 (10,000+ residential allottees); late completion attracts escalating penalties. Industrial plots run a separate 48-month functional-certificate clock. If your plot is covered, the build needs to be planned backwards from that date.
