The corridor's construction deadline is 31 December 2026. A turnkey house takes 10–16 months. What matters now is sequencing — plan sanction, correctly filed extension paperwork, and construction started before penalties escalate. We handle all three.

Questions owners actually ask

What does “fixed price” actually lock?
The contract states one total number for the agreed scope, plus a per-item rate card. That number does not move for market reasons. It moves only if you change the scope — add a floor, upgrade a finish — and any change is re-quoted in writing before work continues.
What if cement or steel prices rise mid-build?
That risk is ours, not yours. Once the contract is signed, material inflation inside the agreed scope is absorbed by Vidastu Build. This is the point of a fixed price — and why our bands start at ₹2,400 per sq ft instead of a teaser rate that gets renegotiated at slab level.
How long does YEIDA building-plan approval take?
The building plan is filed online on YEIDA's BPMS portal with a Council of Architecture-registered architect. Straightforward residential files typically clear scrutiny in a few weeks; we prepare drawings to Smart-DCR rules to avoid resubmission loops. The step-by-step process is on our map-approval guide.
What does Vaastu integration cover?
In the Vaastu Premium package, room placement — entrance, kitchen, master bedroom, pooja space — is set with a Vaastu consultant before structural drawings are made, so compliance is built into the plan rather than patched on later. Every package, including Essential, gets a Vaastu check of the basic layout.
How does weekly photo proof work?
Every Friday, photographs of your site go to your WhatsApp — structure, material on site, work done that week. No app, no login. Miss a Friday and you have our number; the delivery lead answers it.
How are payments structured?
Payments are milestone-linked: a schedule in the contract ties each payment to a completed, inspectable stage — foundation, slabs, brickwork, finishes, handover. You never pay ahead of the work. The exact stage percentages are printed in the contract before you sign.
What does the 10-year structural warranty cover?
The structure — foundation and RCC frame — against structural defects for ten years, in writing at handover. Finishes and fittings carry their manufacturers' warranties, listed item by item in your handover file.
What is not included in the package price?
The plot itself, YEIDA charges and government fees, furniture and loose furnishings. Essential excludes the modular kitchen and false ceilings that come with Vaastu Premium; the full inclusion sheet for each package comes with your quote, so the comparison is line by line, not vibes.
How does the completion/occupancy certificate work?
YEIDA requires a completion/occupancy certificate for legal occupancy, utilities, loans and resale. We file it as part of the package — drawings, as-built compliance and the application — and hand over keys with the paperwork moving, not as an afterthought left to you.
How is Vidastu Build different from Prithu Homes or Brick & Bolt?
Both are serious companies. Prithu Homes is a Delhi design-build firm that operates at a higher price band; Brick & Bolt is a national marketplace headquartered in Bengaluru that assigns vendors. Vidastu Build is the only one of the three based on this corridor — the founders live here, YEIDA paperwork is done in-house, and the same named team walks your plot, prices it and builds it.
