The founder walks your plot before anyone writes a number.
What is Vidastu Build? Vidastu Build is the turnkey home-construction service of Vidastu Developers Pvt. Ltd. (HQ Greater Noida, building across Noida & NCR): Vaastu-aligned design, in-house building-plan approval, milestone-linked contract, weekly WhatsApp photo proof and completion/occupancy-certificate filing. Pricing is one binding, itemised fixed quote after a free site walk — in three packages: Essential, Premium and Luxe.
Currently building in Sectors 18, 20, 22D and Gaur Yamuna City — taking on plots across Noida & NCR.
The process
Bare plot to keys, in five accountable stages.
01Week 1–3
Design & layout
The founder walks your plot first — 30 minutes, no obligation. A Vaastu-aligned concept plan by a registered architect, and your itemised fixed quote in 7 days.
02Week 3–8
Map approval
We file your building plan and clear scrutiny — in-house, no running around. A milestone-linked contract is signed before any payment.
03Month 3–9
Structure
Foundation, RCC frame, brickwork and slabs to the sanctioned design — built to the structural-stability certificate, not guesswork. Weekly photo proof on WhatsApp.
04Month 8–15
Finishes & interiors
Plaster, flooring, electrical, plumbing, paint and fit-out — to the finish level you choose.
05Handover
Completion & keys
We file the completion / occupancy certificate — needed for utilities, loans, registry and resale — then hand over the keys.
Stage windows are indicative, not a fixed schedule — the milestone timeline for your build is set out in your written contract.
Packages
Three packages. One written number.
What are the Vidastu Build packages? Three finish levels on the same engineered RCC structure: Essential (branded certified materials, vitrified tile, UPVC windows), Premium (adds Jaquar-tier sanitaryware, Asian Paints premium emulsion, modular kitchen base, false ceilings), and Luxe (adds imported tile and stone options, full modular kitchen, smart switches, façade lighting). Every package is Vaastu-aligned and priced as one binding, itemised fixed quote after a free site walk. It moves only if you change the scope.

Essential
The solid start
A complete, honest home. Everything a house needs, nothing it doesn't.
Every package excludes plot cost, authority charges and government fees, furniture and loose furnishings. We price person to person, not on a webpage — the number that matters is the one in your contract, fixed after the free site walk.
Plan the money
Construction-loan EMI, in two seconds.
Most families build on a construction loan. Size your EMI here — banks release these loans in stages, and our milestone payments are built to match the disbursements. Not sure what the build itself will cost? Get your instant construction cost estimate first.
Soil test, structural drawings, plan sanction, completion/occupancy certificate — filed in-house, end to end. You sign; we run the process.
By when must a YEIDA plot be built on? YEIDA’s 87th board meeting (November 2025) extended the free construction window to 31 December 2026; after that, escalating extension charges apply. A turnkey house typically takes 10–16 months including map approval — an indicative range, not a fixed timeline — so sequencing your start matters now: talk to us this week.

Defect-liability terms in the contract
Your project is not delegated to a foreman.
Vidastu Build is anchored by co-founder Ravi Shankar Sharma — 30 years of building on this corridor — and run day to day by Vidit Kaushik, who walks the plots, writes the estimates and answers the phone. The person who priced your home is the person responsible for delivering it.
Photos and videos from your build land on WhatsApp weekly — structure, material, progress. No app to install, no login. Question anything; the delivery lead answers it.

Questions owners actually ask
What does “fixed price” actually lock?
The contract states one total number for the agreed scope, plus a per-item rate card. That number does not move for market reasons. It moves only if you change the scope — add a floor, upgrade a finish — and any change is re-quoted in writing before work continues.
What if cement or steel prices rise mid-build?
That risk is ours, not yours. Once the contract is signed, material inflation inside the agreed scope is absorbed by Vidastu Build. This is the point of a fixed quote — not a teaser rate that gets renegotiated at slab level.
How long does building-plan approval take?
We file it for you, in-house, with a Council of Architecture-registered architect. Straightforward residential files typically clear scrutiny in a few weeks. You sign documents; we run the process.
What does Vaastu integration cover?
Every Vidastu home — every package — gets the same Vaastu expertise: room placement is set with our Vaastu consultant before structural drawings are made, so compliance is built into the plan rather than patched on later.
How are payments structured?
Payments are milestone-linked: a schedule in the contract ties each payment to a completed, inspectable stage — foundation, slabs, brickwork, finishes, handover. You never pay ahead of the work. The exact stage percentages are printed in the contract before you sign.
What exactly does my quote include?
Your quote comes with a line-by-line inclusion sheet for the package you choose — every item that is in, in writing, before you sign. Anything outside it is discussed and priced with you first; nothing is assumed.
How does the completion/occupancy certificate work?
Your authority requires a completion/occupancy certificate for legal occupancy, utilities, loans and resale. We file it as part of the package — drawings, as-built compliance and the application — and hand over keys with the paperwork moving, not as an afterthought left to you.
