What this site is

vidastu.com is the site of one desk with two disciplines: Vidastu Developers Pvt. Ltd., a construction firm building turnkey homes on owners’ plots in the Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway corridor, and Vidastu Advisory, an independent research and advisory desk registered with UP-RERA as a real-estate agent (UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026). Project review pages describe developments built by other developers; we are not the developer of those projects and this is not any developer’s official website.

Not an offer document

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to offer, or part of any contract, for construction or for property. Construction engagements are made only under a signed written agreement. Property bookings happen only on a developer’s own documents, after your own verification on the UP-RERA portal.

Accuracy and prices

We date our facts, cite the UP-RERA register and developer-issued material where they are the source, and publish our own corrections. Beyond those cited sources we make no warranty that any page is complete, current or error-free. All prices, sizes, layouts and specifications quoted for any project are indicative and subject to change by the developer without notice; the RERA registration for each project is stated on its project page. Verify every detail on up-rera.in and directly with the developer before any booking or payment.

Intellectual property

The text, tools and page layouts of this site belong to Vidastu. Project names, logos, renders and brochures are the property of their respective developers and appear here with permission, for identification and reference only.

Third-party links

Pages link out to the UP-RERA portal, developer sites and other external references. Those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is, for information. To the extent permitted by law, Vidastu is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this site’s content; purchase and construction decisions must rest on the register, signed documents and your own verification.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
