For owners of older, already-finished units: kitchen and bathroom upgrades, layout changes, waterproofing, and refresh work — done without disturbing the rest of a lived-in home.
Plot / independent-house construction
If you hold a plot within the township, we build ground-up — structure, finishing and handover — within the applicable building norms for your plot.

I have a bare-shell flat. What does fit-out actually include?
Typically: modular kitchen, wardrobes and storage, false ceilings, flooring, painting, light and fan points, switchboards, and the plumbing and electrical finishing the developer leaves incomplete. We scope it room by room and quote each line, so you can keep or drop items to fit your budget.
Can you build on a plot inside the township?
Yes — ground-up construction within the building norms that apply to your plot. The exact FAR, coverage and approval route depend on which authority and scheme govern your specific plot, so we confirm those against your allotment and lease papers before we quote. What does it cost?
There is no fixed public price list — every unit and plot differs. As a market reference, standard turnkey construction in the Greater Noida / YEIDA belt runs about ₹2,100–₹3,000 per sq ft, and premium finishes ₹4,700+ per sq ft (2026).
