What is Gaur Yamuna City — and what do owners actually need built?

Gaur Yamuna City is a large integrated township developed by Gaursons (Gaur Group) on the Yamuna Expressway, in the Sector 19 / Greater Noida region near the upcoming Noida International Airport (Jewar) and the proposed Film City. Unlike a single tower, it mixes residential plots, independent villas, studio apartments and 1–4 BHK flats alongside retail — so owners arrive with very different finishing needs. Some phases are already delivered and ready-to-move; newer phases are still under construction.

I have a bare-shell flat. What does fit-out actually include?
Typically: modular kitchen, wardrobes and storage, false ceilings, flooring, painting, light and fan points, switchboards, and the plumbing and electrical finishing the developer leaves incomplete. We scope it room by room and quote each line, so you can keep or drop items to fit your budget.
Can you build on a plot inside the township?
Yes — ground-up construction within the building norms that apply to your plot. The exact FAR, coverage and approval route depend on which authority and scheme govern your specific plot, so we confirm those against your allotment and lease papers before we quote.
