Where do I look up a UP RERA registration?

Marketing names change and registered names often differ from them, so a name search returns the wrong entry or nothing at all. The number does not change.
The four steps, in order
- Get the number in writing. From whoever is selling to you, in a message or on a cost sheet. A seller who will not put the registration number in writing has told you something.
- Search that number on the register. Not the name.
- Match the promoter to the cheque. The entry names the promoter company. That is the entity your payment should go to, into that project's collection account.
- Read the completion date, and the extensions. The date declared at registration is one fact; whether it has moved since is a different one.
