The whole page in one paragraph
Read off the UP-RERA register mirror on 29 July 2026: 22 registrations filed from 2024 onward carry a Noida address and 29 carry a Greater Noida address, 51 in all. Noida filed 9, 5 and 8 across 2024, 2025 and the first seven months of 2026; Greater Noida filed 10, 13 and 6. Only one promoter company holds more than one filing in either corridor, and both corridors cluster their declared completion dates in 2030. This page sets the two cohorts side by side as register facts and draws no ranking from them; the two cohort pages carry every row, and the Yamuna Expressway corridor is read separately on the launch register.
Two corridors, two registers, one read date
The desk keeps two cohort pages that read the same UP-RERA mirror the same way on the same day: Noida's 22 registrations since 2024 and Greater Noida's 29. Each row on those pages is a filing: a project name as filed, a registration number, a registration date, a promoter of record, an address string and a declared completion date. This page does what neither of them does alone, which is to put the two sets next to each other. Everything below is arithmetic on those rows, and every figure can be rebuilt from the two pages in ten minutes.
One rule holds throughout. A count of registrations is a count of paperwork filed with the regulator. It says nothing about how many homes a corridor will deliver, what they cost, or whether one corridor is the better place to buy. The register is a filing record, not a rating, and this page treats it as one.
Registrations by year
| Registration year | Noida | Greater Noida | Both |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2024 | 9 | 10 | 19 |
| 2025 | 5 | 13 | 18 |
| 2026, to 29 July | 8 | 6 | 14 |
| Total | 22 | 29 | 51 |
The shape differs. Greater Noida's filings peaked in 2025 with 13 and slowed to 6 in the first seven months of 2026. Noida did the opposite: a quiet 2025 with 5 filings, then 8 in the first seven months of 2026, already the corridor's busiest year of the three. Read as a pace, Noida's 2026 rate is a little over one filing a month; Greater Noida's is under one. Read as paperwork, that is all it is: a registration filed in July 2026 and one filed in March 2024 sit on the register with equal standing.
The 2026 filings, corridor by corridor
The 14 registrations filed between 1 January and 29 July 2026 are the ones a buyer researching a launch this season is most likely to meet. They are listed here exactly as the mirror carries them; the two cohort pages hold the address strings and the declared completion dates for each.

Two of these rows are the ones this desk sells or reads most often. ACE Arte is the newest registration in the Noida set and the subject of ACE Arte among Noida's registrations since 2024. One corridor over, Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences at Omicron 1A, registered 28 January 2026, is not in the Greater Noida cohort because its address string does not carry the words Greater Noida; the new projects in Greater Noida page explains that filter and lists the 29 rows.
Promoter pattern: one company, one filing, with one exception
Across the 51 rows, 49 promoter companies appear once. The exception is IT Infrastructure Park Private Limited, which holds three registrations in the Noida set, all phases of The Flagship at Sector 140A, filed in April 2024, October 2024 and May 2026. No promoter company appears in both corridors. For a buyer the practical reading is simple: the name on the register row is the company you contract with and pay, and it is usually a project-specific company rather than the brand on the hoarding. Check that the promoter of record on the register matches the entity on your allotment letter and on the collection account before any money moves.
Declared completion dates: both corridors point at 2030
| Declared completion year | Noida | Greater Noida |
|---|---|---|
| 2026 | 2 | 0 |
| 2027 | 3 | 1 |
| 2028 | 1 | 3 |
| 2029 | 4 | 9 |
| 2030 | 7 | 12 |
| 2031 | 4 | 4 |
| Field not a date on the mirror | 1 | 0 |
The declared completion date is the field a promoter files with the regulator at registration, and the register prints it as declared. Noida's dated rows run from 30 September 2026 to 31 March 2031; Greater Noida's from 2 October 2027 to 8 April 2031. In both corridors the single largest year is 2030, with 7 of Noida's rows and 12 of Greater Noida's. One Noida row prints a certificate reference in the field rather than a date, and this page counts it as not a date rather than guessing. None of this is a forecast: the date that binds a buyer is the possession clause in the registered Agreement for Sale, and the register field is the public number anyone can check against it.
Where the Yamuna Expressway corridor is. The YEIDA authority area keeps its own register and its own page on this site, the YEIDA launch register, which carries three registrations at the time of writing, each dated and sourced there. Folding a three-row set into a comparison of 22 and 29 would misrepresent the corridor, so it is read separately; the Yamuna Expressway RERA numbers page holds the lookup for that corridor.
What the comparison settles, and what it does not
It settles three things a buyer can act on. First, which corridor has been filing faster this year: Noida, with 8 registrations in seven months against Greater Noida's 6. Second, that the filing pattern is one company per project in both corridors, so due diligence runs project by project and not brand by brand. Third, that the declared completion horizon is the same for both, with 2030 the modal year, which means the corridor choice does not by itself move the timeline a buyer signs up to.
It does not settle price, size, availability or construction progress, none of which are register fields on the mirrored summary. It does not say which corridor is the better buy, and this desk will not draw that from a filing count. What it gives a buyer is the frame: 51 registrations, two authorities, one read date, and a number to type into up-rera.in for every row.
How to re-check every figure on this page
Open up-rera.in, go to the registered-projects search, and enter any registration number from the two cohort pages; the register's own summary page carries the filed name, the promoter of record, the registration date and the declared completion. The mirror this desk reads is upreratracker.com, and the read date printed here, 29 July 2026, is the date the comparison holds for. If the portal shows a row this page does not, the portal is right and this page is behind it; the desk re-reads both cohorts when it refreshes them and dates each read.
