Two units in the same project can read completely differently: a corner unit and a mid-stack unit in the same tower often face different directions, and the kitchen or master bedroom can sit in a different corner floor to floor depending on how the builder mirrored the layout. FAQ

Which facing flat is best as per Vastu?
In classical Vastu Shastra, the main entrance is treated as the single most important placement, and North, Northeast (Ishan) and East are the three traditionally favored directions for a main door — associated respectively with Kubera (wealth), spiritual clarity, and the rising sun. 'Facing' usually means which direction the main entrance actually opens toward, not just which way the building block sits, so two units in the same tower can have different effective entrance directions depending on the corridor and door position. A south, southwest, west or northwest entrance is not automatically unlivable — classical Vastu has specific, use-based correctives for each. Is a south-facing flat bad according to Vastu?
Not automatically, and not in the fear-driven way it is often marketed. South is one of the less-favored entrance directions in the classical eight-direction system — north, northeast and east are traditionally preferred — but a south-facing unit is common in real developments and has established, use-based correctives: keeping the entrance well-lit, keeping the foyer a pass-through rather than a lingering seating zone, and avoiding a direct sightline from the door into the bedroom. How do I do a Vastu check before buying a flat?
