DASNAC on the register: 4 filings, 4 companies

By Vidit Kaushik Published 23 September 2026 UP-RERA Agent UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026 ~6 min read

In one paragraph

On the UP-RERA register for Gautam Buddha Nagar the DASNAC name appears on 4 registrations filed by 4 different registered companies, read 29 July 2026 on Vidastu's mirror of the UP-RERA register. The part worth knowing is which name is missing: not one of the four registered promoters carries the word DASNAC. They are Montevista Private Limited, Westriver Private Limited, E Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Clearlake Private Limited. A separate company per project is ordinary and lawful practice, and none of this is a claim about any of them. It does mean the brand you were shown and the company that will owe you a home are, on every one of these four filings, different names entirely.

What this page is not saying

A separate registered company per project is ordinary, lawful practice. It is common across this register and it is a routine way to finance and ring-fence a development. Nothing here is a claim about the conduct, standing or capability of any of the four companies, and nothing about this structure is irregular.

The page exists because of a narrower and entirely practical consequence, which is the next section.

Why this one is harder to check than most

On most filings a brand and its promoter share at least a word, so searching one finds the other. Here the two sets do not overlap at all. Search the brand and you find the projects but not the companies. Search a company name you were handed on a paper, say Montevista Private Limited or Clearlake Private Limited, and nothing connects it back to the brand you were sold.

So the usual shortcut fails in both directions, and the only reliable handle is the registration number. All 4 are printed in the table above. Search the project name on the authority's site, take the registration number from the result, and read the promoter of record off that filing. Then compare it, word for word, with the name on your own allotment letter and agreement. If they do not match, that is the conversation to have before anything is paid. The same failure in the opposite direction, a brand whose promoters share so many words you cannot tell them apart, is on our read of the SVG registrations.

What the register does record

On the columns that usually move, not much. None of the 4 carries an extension, so no completion date here has been revised on the register. Document counts run from 23 to 35 against a district median of 21, putting all four in the ordinary-to-thorough range. The declared completion periods are 58 and 60 months against a district median of 60, so nothing about the clocks is unusual either. The denominators behind each of those comparisons are in our read of all 966 filings, and the full six-step sequence for reading any filing is in our check procedure.

All four are registered as a Company, which is the most common applicant type on this register by a wide margin; what the field means and how the 966 registrations break down by it is in our read of the type field.

FAQ

Who is the registered promoter of DASNAC projects?
There is no single one. On the Gautam Buddha Nagar register the 4 DASNAC-branded registrations are filed by 4 different companies, read 29 July 2026: DASNAC ARC (Phase I) by Montevista Private Limited; DASNAC Place by Westriver Private Limited; DASNAC Westminster by E Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd; DASNAC Yuva by Clearlake Private Limited. Each is registered as a Company. None of the four carries the DASNAC word in its registered name.
Is it a problem that the promoter name is different from the brand name?
No, and it is worth being plain about that. Registering a separate company for each project is ordinary, lawful and common across this register; it is a routine way to finance and ring-fence a development. What it changes for a buyer is only practical. The entity that owes you the home is the one named on your agreement and on the registration, not the one on the hoarding, so you need to know which it is and confirm the two match before any money moves.
How do I find the RERA registration for a DASNAC project?
Search the project name rather than the brand or the promoter, because the promoter names give you nothing to search for here. The 4 registration numbers are UPRERAPRJ823868 for DASNAC ARC (Phase I), UPRERAPRJ518502/05/2024 for DASNAC Place, UPRERAPRJ239402/06/2024 for DASNAC Westminster, UPRERAPRJ871413/01/2025 for DASNAC Yuva, and each can be searched directly on up-rera.in. Then read the promoter of record on the filing you find, and compare it word for word with the name on your allotment letter.
What does the register record against these four filings?
Little on the columns that usually move. None of the 4 carries an extension, so no completion date has been revised on the register. Document counts run from 23 to 35 against a district median of 21, which puts all four in the ordinary-to-thorough range. The proposed completion periods are 58 and 60 months, against a district median of 60.
Where are these projects?
They sit in Noida rather than on the Yamuna Expressway: DASNAC Place at COMM-01, Sector 93B, DASNAC Westminster at GH-02/C, Sector 146, DASNAC Yuva at A-2, Sector 124, Noida. The address field is blank on the register for 1 of the 4, which is common on older filings, so for that one the sector comes from the filing rather than from an address line.
Where do these details come from?
They are read from our mirror of the public UP-RERA register for Gautam Buddha Nagar, 966 registrations in total, read 29 July 2026 and compiled 23 September 2026. Every registration number here can be searched on up-rera.in and the same records are browsable at upreratracker.com. No price appears on this page because the register carries none, and nothing is taken from a portal listing or a marketing site.
