How the villa price is quoted
Villas are quoted as a total for the villa, not per sq ft. Each villa is handed over as a raw structure with facade development: frame, facade, external doors, windows and railings, firefighting, metered chilled water (for air-conditioning) and hot water to one point, water to each toilet's inlet and cables to each floor's board. The interiors are yours to design and finish. The figure that binds is the one on the developer's written, dated cost sheet for the specific villa, which adds its own lines (parking, club, maintenance security, lease rent, power backup, GST, stamp duty and registration) on top of the villa price. The villa payment plan: 25 per cent within four months of booking, 25 per cent at first floor or one year, 25 per cent at superstructure or two years (the later of the two each time), and 25 per cent on offer of possession.
