Founded in 1975 by Shyam Singh Lodha (chairman emeritus), Eldeco Group operates as Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd., with primary delivery in Uttar Pradesh and selective NCR projects. The group's portfolio runs across Lucknow (where it originated), Greater Noida, Sonipat, Sitapur, and now the YEIDA corridor.
