About Eldeco.
Founded in 1975 by Shyam Singh Lodha (chairman emeritus), Eldeco Group operates as Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd., with primary delivery in Uttar Pradesh and selective NCR projects. The group’s portfolio runs across Lucknow (where it originated), Greater Noida, Sonipat, Sitapur, and now the YEIDA corridor.
What sets Eldeco apart in our experience: they deliver on the original timeline. The Whispers of Wonder, Ballads of Bliss, Live by the Greens, and earlier Greater Noida projects all delivered within 6 months of the stated possession date — an exception in the NCR builder universe. Are you a formal Eldeco channel partner?
Yes — for Eldeco Echoes of Eden at Sector 22D YEIDA. We’re a UP-RERA-registered channel partner (UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026) with a formal agreement that pays our commission from the builder’s side. The price you pay is the builder’s quoted price; you don’t pay us a buyer-side commission.
How does Eldeco compare to Gaur or SKA on delivery?
Eldeco’s delivery track record on Yamuna Expressway / YEIDA projects (Ballads of Bliss, Whispers of Wonder) is the cleanest in our coverage. Gaur delivers at scale (1000+ unit towers) and SKA is excellent on ready-possession. Each is best for a different buyer profile. All three project pages have the specifics.
