Gaurs Group was founded by Manoj Gaur in 1995 and built its scale on township-format projects across Greater Noida (Gaur City 1 + 2), Yamuna Expressway (Gaur Yamuna City), Indirapuram (Gaur Greens), and Ghaziabad (Crossings Republik). The group’s typical project size is 50–100 acres with 10,000+ units — integrated retail, schools, hospitals on campus.
For the Yamuna Expressway corridor, Gaur Alaris (formerly Gaur Alaris, now RERA-registered under UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026) is the active flagship we represent. The registration and the document set filed under it are read page by page on the reference site for Gaur Alaris. The earlier Gaur Yamuna City is delivered and trading actively in resale. The group’s newest addition on the same corridor, Gaur Bento, is a studio project inside that Sector 19 township and has not yet reached RERA registration.

Progressing, and we track it first-hand — we visit the site monthly and have photos timestamped to milestones. For the declared completion date on record, read the registration yourself at up-rera.in. As of mid-2026 they’re at structural completion of Towers 1–4 with finishing work in progress. Realistic move-in for Towers 1–4: end of 2026; Towers 5–7: mid-2027.
Is the Gaur escrow mechanism working as RERA mandates?
Yes, based on what we’ve seen across multiple Gaur projects: 70% of buyer funds sit in the RERA-escrow account, disbursed only against architect + CA certification of construction milestone. We can pull the latest disbursal trail on request.
Resale or new launch — which is better for Gaur Yamuna City?
Resale gives you ready possession, but you pay full stamp duty again and the asking price already carries whatever the market has done since allotment. New launch (Gaur Yamuna Expressway) gives you fresh construction but you wait. For end-users, resale of Gaur Yamuna City often wins on total cost.
