The Islands by Gaurs, resale and transfer desk
Two things happen here. If you hold an allotment at The Islands and want to exit before possession, tell us the tower and the unit. If you want a unit now rather than a fresh booking, tell us the budget you are working to. We introduce the two sides and put every figure in writing before anyone commits.
What this desk does not do
- We do not hold any resale inventory. Nothing on this page is a unit we own or control.
- We do not call owners. If you own a unit, you contact us; we will not ring you because your name appeared on a list.
- We do not publish a resale price. Resale is quoted per unit on request, because every allotment carries its own paid amount and its own agreement.
Before you count on a transfer
A transfer is subject to Gaurs' transfer process, the transfer charges that apply, and the builder-buyer agreement you signed. Nothing on this page changes any of that, and nothing here is permission to transfer. Ask us for the clause that applies to your allotment and we will get it to you in writing.

Can I sell my unit at The Islands before possession?
A transfer before possession is subject to the transfer process in the builder-buyer agreement you signed for The Islands. Whether it is allowed at your stage, and on what conditions, is set by that agreement and by Gaurs. Send us your tower and unit and we will get you the clause that applies, in writing, before you commit to anything.
What does a transfer cost at The Islands?
Transfer charges are set by Gaurs and stated in the builder-buyer agreement. We do not print a figure on this page, because the amount that applies depends on your agreement and the amount you have already paid. Ask us and we will get the clause and the figure that apply to your allotment, in writing.
How long does a transfer take at The Islands?
The timeline is whatever Gaurs' transfer process requires once your paperwork is complete. We do not print a number on this page, because we have no published timeline to quote and we will not estimate one. Ask us and we will tell you what the process asks for in your case, in writing.
