Are Gaur Alaris floor plans available?
Not as a public download — the developer’s team issues unit plans to registered enquirers, and we do not republish them. What the RERA-sanctioned plan does put on the record is the frame around those layouts: 3 BHK only, in two saleable sizes of 1,550 sq.ft and 1,950 sq.ft, across eight named towers of 34 storeys each, with four unit positions — A, B, C and D — on every floor plate.
Read that structure before you read any drawing, because it tells you what the real choice is. With two sizes and four positions repeating up thirty-four floors, you are not picking between many different homes — you are picking a position and a height. The position sets your facing and which way the balconies look; the height sets the view and, on most Gaurs price lists, the premium. A layout sheet on its own cannot answer either question, which is why our desk sends the plan and the current price list together rather than one without the other. Two cautions worth carrying into that conversation. A fit if you want a theme-led 3 BHK in a fast-developing, now-registered sector project, and you value a large clubhouse and the Jewar-airport growth story. Less of a fit if you need possession soon (Phase 1 is scheduled 09-06-2031) or prefer a delivered, occupied community over a multi-year build.
