This Week in YEIDA Industrial

What actually changed this week for industrial allottees and factory-builders on the YEIDA / Yamuna Expressway corridor — scheme and allotment news, airport cargo, policy moves, and the deadline math that decides whether your plot stays yours. Newest edition on top.

METHOD — every line carries its source (scheme clause, board meeting, or named publication). Facts we cannot source stay out. A quiet week ships thin rather than padded. Machine-readable dataset: /data/industrial.json.

Edition 1 — the ground rules, on the record

Week of 7–13 Jul 2026 · published 13 Jul 2026
THE CLOCK, PLAINLY: lease deed signed in July 2026 → Functional Certificate due July 2030. Map (naksha) approval, construction, and the FC file all have to fit inside it. If you have a plot and no build plan, the plan is late — the 5-stage plot-to-functional map is the working checklist.

Holding a YEIDA industrial plot with the clock running?

Vidastu builds on YEIDA plots end to end — naksha approval, PEB or RCC structure, finishes, and the Functional Certificate file, under one accountable contract. Ask exactly where your plot's clock stands.

What is this weekly industrial digest, and how is it sourced?

A dated, rolling weekly log of what actually changed for industrial allottees and factory-builders on the YEIDA / Yamuna Expressway corridor — scheme and allotment news, airport cargo and logistics, policy moves, and deadline math. Every line carries its source (scheme brochure clause, authority board meeting, or a named publication), and facts the desk cannot source stay out. A quiet week ships thin rather than padded. It is drafted from Vidastu's machine-readable industrial dataset at vidastu.com/data/industrial.json.

How long do I have to build on a YEIDA industrial plot?

48 months from lease-deed execution to a functional unit (Functional Certificate), per the YEIDA scheme brochure (YEA/IND8000(2025-26)-14). Extensions are chargeable — a second and final one-year extension runs at 1% per month of the CURRENT allotment rate, granted only in convincing special circumstances, and since rates rise the extension base rises too. The 31 December 2026 no-charge construction window extended by the YEIDA board on 7 November 2025 applies to residential-plot allottees, not industrial.

Who publishes this, and what is their role on the corridor?

Vidastu Developers Pvt. Ltd. (founded by Vidit Kaushik, BITS Pilani Civil Engineering) — a turnkey construction contractor building on YEIDA / Yamuna Expressway plots, from map (naksha) approval through structure, finishes and the Functional Certificate file, alongside its UP-RERA-registered advisory desk (agent no. UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026). The digest exists because the 48-month industrial clock punishes allottees who track rules late.
