What the offer covers

- From abroad. Both of the above by live video, at a time that suits your hours.
- The drive. For site visits booked a day ahead, we send a car both ways from anywhere in Delhi NCR.
What a Vaastu consultation is here
Shri Ravi Shankar Sharma reads the floor plan and the directions with you and gives you his notes in writing. He does not promise an outcome, and neither do we. Nothing here is a claim about health, wealth, luck, or what a home will later sell or rent for. We do not sell remedies, stones or any product, and nothing is added to your bill. We do not describe any project or any unit as Vaastu-compliant. Where a developer's own document says something about orientation, we quote that document and name it.
The window, and what booked means
The offer runs from 11 October 2026 to 19 October 2026, Indian Standard Time, and closes at 23:59 IST on 20 October. Booked means the booking amount is paid to the developer through Vidastu Advisory inside that window.
How to claim it

Terms
- Window: 11 to 19 October 2026, IST.
- Booked means the booking amount is paid to the developer through Vidastu Advisory inside the window.
- One consultation per home booked, taken once, at a time the buyer chooses: on the floor plan now, or at the home after possession.
- This is Vidastu Advisory's own offer, not the developer's. It changes nothing in the developer's price, payment plan or terms.
- No cash value. Not transferable.
