FEMA-compliant remote purchase (PoA route)

Once you pick a plot, your representative signs under a Special Power of Attorney — apostilled (Hague countries: USA, UK, Canada, EU) or consulate-attested (Gulf countries). Payment moves through your NRE/NRO/FCNR account via banking channels. We walk you through every document before it is signed.

Every plot in our shortlist is checked for clear title, outstanding dues, and pending litigation before we show it to you. If a plot does not clear those checks, it does not appear in our shortlist. We will share the allotment letter and relevant documentation with you before you commit a rupee.

Will you cold-call my Gulf mobile?
No — never. We email first and wait for you to reply. Once you express interest and ask for a call, we arrange it at a Gulf-friendly hour (or whichever timezone you specify). Your international number is not called without your explicit invitation.
What does “consent-first” mean in practice?
It means the first contact is always an email from us — or a form you fill in. We wait for a reply before any phone or WhatsApp contact. If you fill in our lead form you’ve asked us to reach out, and we do so once, at the time you prefer. How do you keep me updated on construction from abroad?

How is my money protected during the build?
For RERA-registered project builds, at least 70% of buyer funds are held in a project-specific escrow account and released only against verified construction milestones (RERA Act, Section 4(2)(l)(D)). For plot purchases, every plot is verified for dues and clear title before we present it. These are process protections and legal recourse mechanisms — not absolute completion guarantees.
