Same developer group, same sector, adjacent plots — but two separate RERA filings, not one project marketed under two names.
We checked the UP RERA portal directly for both project names before writing this, because a lot of what’s published online — including some of our own older pages — repeated an unverified claim that WOW is simply an earlier marketing name for the same project now sold as EOE. That claim doesn’t hold up against the actual RERA filings; we’re correcting it here rather than quietly. Here’s the honest long version, and here’s how each stacks up.

Per public listings, WOW’s own availability covers 3 BHK (2T/3T) and duplex penthouse configurations across roughly 1,550–3,100 sq.ft, VRV air-conditioning, a 5-acre site and a premium amenities programme, with a declared RERA completion date of 17 July 2030. Which one should you actually book?
The framing that matters for a 2026 buyer isn’t which marketing name is prettier — it’s which offering has an active RERA registration, a published BSP, a defined payment plan, and confirmed availability. On those criteria, EOE is the currently active offering to evaluate.
Rule of thumb
- Do not book on branding alone. Whether the landing page says “EOE”, “Echoes of Eden”, “WOW”, “Whispers of Wonder”, or “The WOW Life” — the only binding identifier is the RERA number.
- Verify RERA before any payment. Search “UPRERAPRJ125342/02/2026” on up-rera.in. Confirm status, approved layout, promoter, and any complaints.
- Cross-check the cost sheet against the RERA brochure. Tower, unit number, carpet area, and agreement value must match.

Why two separate registrations sit side by side — the honest version
Large developers sometimes hold several adjoining plots at once and register each as its own project rather than filing one shared registration. Whispers of Wonder and Echoes of Eden share the same promoter SPV — Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited — on neighbouring Sector 22D plots (GH-01C/1 and GH-01B/1 respectively), which likely explains why buyers assume they’re the same development marketed under two names. They aren’t: each carries its own RERA number, registration date and declared completion date. What’s genuinely consistent across both is the developer group, the sector, and the premium-segment positioning — VRV AC, 32-storey towers, 5-acre-class footprints.
For a 2026 buyer, this means two live, RERA-registered options from the same developer group on adjacent plots — not a complication to untangle, but two separate entry points to evaluate on their own merits: registration date, current pricing, booking process and construction stage.
