Unlike County or Orion — where developer identity itself is unconfirmed against any single, checkable company — Arihant Buildcon is a real, independently identifiable developer. Multiple sources agree it was founded in 1996, operates out of Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Faridabad, and has delivered named projects including Arihant Ambience, Arihant Residency, Arihant Paradiso, Arihant Harmony and Arihant Altura in Delhi-NCR Confirmed.

A RERA registration number, UPRERAPRJ974543/02/2026, appears verbatim on the developer's own official new-launch page (arihantbuildcon.com) — not just on a third-party aggregator — and every portal we cross-checked (squareyards.com, 360propguide.com and others) cites the identical number. That consistency across the developer's own domain and multiple independent portals is a meaningfully stronger signal than County's or Orion's "Coming Soon" placeholders.

A 10.2-versus-11.8-acre spread on the same stated parcel, and a tower count anywhere from 4 to 12, is not a rounding error — it suggests either different snapshots of an evolving plan, simple portal error, or genuinely unreconciled marketing copy. We could not determine which from what's publicly available. The one document that would settle this is the RERA-filed building plan itself, which is exactly why we recommend checking the live up-rera.in filing rather than any single portal's number.

Price — pre-launch, and itself inconsistent

Cited pre-launch BSP figures range from about ₹7,500 to ₹8,345 per sq.ft. depending on the source, with expectations of a rise toward ₹9,000–10,000 per sq.ft. once the project formally launches. One portal separately cites a blended average of roughly ₹6,700/sq.ft. and an overall unit-price band of ₹1.45–3.10 Cr. None of these is a RERA-filed cost sheet — they're pre-launch asking-price commentary from different dates and methodologies, and they don't agree with each other either. Treat every figure here as directional only, and ask for the current, written price list before assuming anything about what a specific unit will actually cost.

Amenities and positioning

The developer's own site describes an amenity-forward pitch: five clubhouses totalling roughly 1 lakh sq.ft. of recreational space, multiple infinity/temperature-controlled pools, indoor and outdoor multi-sport courts, and roughly 7 acres of contiguous central green space Reported. We could not independently confirm which of these are part of the current sanctioned plan versus longer-term aspirational marketing — a fair question to put directly to the sales team rather than assume from a brochure.
