Pick a plot size and a confirmed YEIDA allotment-scheme rate, and see the premium calculated directly — no marked-up "asking price," no appreciation story. Every figure below is cited to its scheme and date; where a rate isn't verified, we say so instead of guessing.
YEIDA's current live scheme, RPS-10/2026, sets the residential allotment premium at ₹36,260 per sq. m — up roughly 40% from the prior RPS-08/2024 scheme's ₹25,900 per sq. m (Residential Plots Brochure 2024, dated 5 July 2024, for residual plots in Sectors 16, 18, 20 and 22D, 90-year lease with a 10% one-time lease rent). The other dated, primary-source YEIDA land rate we've verified is the FY2021-22 office order — ₹17,800/sqm for plots up to 200 sq. m, ₹17,400/sqm above that. The calculator below multiplies whichever confirmed rate you pick by your plot size — it is a premium calculation, not a resale price, an appreciation forecast, or a quote from Vidastu.

≈ 239 sq. yd. Typical YEIDA residential scheme bands run roughly 90 sq.m up through 1,000+ sq.m — the exact size bands vary scheme to scheme, so confirm yours in the live brochure or on your allotment letter.
Illustrative only. This tool multiplies YEIDA's own published per-sq.m premium by your plot size — it is not a resale asking price, an appreciation forecast, a completion-linked cost, or a quote from Vidastu. Always verify the current scheme brochure and rate on YEIDA's official portal before paying anything.
Across the entire 2019–2026 window, only three dated, primary-source YEIDA land-allotment rates survive verification: FY2021-22 (office order YEA/Vitt/209/2021), the FY2024 RPS-08/2024 scheme (Residential Plots Brochure 2024, ₹25,900/sqm) and the current RPS-10/2026 scheme (₹36,260/sqm, scheme brochure dated 4 April 2026) — a rise of roughly 40% between the two most recent schemes. 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2025 remain confirmed gaps in the public record, not zero-change years. See the full YEIDA price history, 2019–2026 for the complete record.
If your name came up in the RPS-10/2026 draw, this is how the allotment money reportedly flows. This is a reference block, not a live tracker — your allotment letter's schedule governs, and every date below should be verified on the official YEIDA portal before you plan around it.
YEIDA issues allotment letters to successful RPS-10/2026 applicants after the draw. The letter states your plot, sector, total premium and — critically — your exact payment schedule. Read that schedule first; it overrides anything reported elsewhere, including this page.
The registration money (10% of the plot premium) was deposited with your application. For successful allottees it is adjusted against the total plot consideration — it is not an extra payment on top.
The balance 90% is reported due within roughly 60 days of the allotment letter, as reported in scheme coverage — your allotment letter's schedule governs; verify the exact due date, and any extension provisions, on the YEIDA portal or with your dealing officer.
A loan against a fresh YEIDA allotment letter takes real lead time — sanction, legal vetting of the allotment documents and disbursal each add days to weeks depending on the lender. A ~60-day window is tighter than it looks: start lender conversations the week the allotment letter arrives, not after. If you are paying from own funds or a property sale, sequence that liquidity now.
Reference only, not advice or a schedule from Vidastu. The allotment letter issued by YEIDA is the governing document for your payment timeline.
