YEIDA's official Residential Plots Brochure 2024 (scheme RPS-08/2024, dated 5 July 2024) sets the premium for residual plots in Sectors 16, 18, 20 and 22D at ₹25,900 per sq. m, on a 90-year lease with a 10% one-time lease rent. The only other dated, primary-source YEIDA land rate we've verified is the FY2021-22 office order — ₹17,800/sqm for plots up to 200 sq. m, ₹17,400/sqm above that. The calculator below multiplies whichever confirmed rate you pick by your plot size — it is a premium calculation, not a resale price, an appreciation forecast, or a quote from Vidastu.

Why only two confirmed rates?

Across the entire 2019–2026 window, only two dated, primary-source YEIDA land-allotment rates survive verification: FY2021-22 (office order YEA/Vitt/209/2021) and the FY2024 RPS-08/2024 scheme (Residential Plots Brochure 2024). 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2025 and 2026 are confirmed gaps in the public record, not zero-change years — YEIDA's own live Allotment Rates page is functionally empty as of this writing, and it links an "RPS10/2026" brochure (dated 4 April 2026) that has not yet been fetched and checked.
